It is the nice, but not necessary, items that can break the budget and cause hard feelings. If there is money left over, one or two extra items can be added.
What is your budget? Does the company, church or club have money set aside for the picnic? Are the participants going to pay? If it is the latter you must decide on the cost of food, beverages and items such as rental fees, plates, beverage containers and utensils before you start signing up people. Payment
