This recipe makes a small loaf of white bread. Before I found and improvised this recipe, I've tried various brand of bread mix, recipes from three or four cookbooks, this one is a clear winner. My husband likes this bread because it's moist and springy, and the best thing about it is it doesn't need to be toasted, so Chris makes sandwich for his lunch using this bread.
